We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Keepsake Unlimited subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at mohammed.quli@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase. You can also look up your order directly using the receipt link in the email you received when you subscribed.
Subscriptions and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Keepsake dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Unlimited access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund; refund requests are handled under the 30-day guarantee above.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
